This is a 1.5 hour Awareness Course consisting of practical and theoretical components. Course members should be aware that this is a practical course involving reaching, and wading rescues, recovery of manikins from pool floor, be able to fully submerge up to 1.2m depth, lifting, moving and turning others in water. Covid measures are in place.

The course, in 3 parts, covers:
