From September 2019, the Dyslexia Outreach Team (DOT) will be providing support to Suffolk schools for learners who have a specific learning difficulty with numeracy. This free workshop will give an overview of Dyscalculia as a specific learning difficulty and best practice regarding assessment procedures and teaching recommendations. Integral to the workshop will be opportunities for attendees to present current school perspectives and concerns around supporting students with Maths difficulties.

2 March 2021- RE subject leaders in the Heart and West of Suffolk 10 June 2021 - RE subject leaders in South and West of Suffolk.
A final decision on whether this course takes place via Zoom or face to face will be made at the beginning of the summer term.
Costs: £50 subscribing church schools, £100 all other schools Where schools book more than one delegate on the same course, each additional delegate will receive a 50% discount.

This day course aims to provide a thorough revision of the new SIAMS inspection process and the preparation that a school might reasonably wish to put in place to ensure that the inspector sees a full and honest reflection of the school’s distinctiveness and effectiveness as a Church school and is able to confidently test the accuracy of its self-evaluation.
Costs: £100.00 subscribing church schools, £200 all other schools. Schools booking more than one delegate on the course, will receive a 50% discount for additional delegates.
