Good mental health depends upon meeting emotional needs. Suffolk Mind uses the Mental Health Continuum and their Emotional Needs and Resources model to enable people to understand how they can help themselves and those around them to avoid stress and stay well.
Costs: £50 subscribing church schools, £100 all other schools Where schools book more than one delegate on the same course, each additional delegate will receive a 50% discount.
Training Objectives
During this session, Charlie Green, Suffolk Mind, will talk about the Emotional Needs and Resources model and lead a discussion around getting needs met in the school environment, and taking care of ourselves, as well as our staff and pupils.
