| Event Description | The KS2 Rigolo French Scheme of work is used by many primary schools in Suffolk and provides teachers particularly non-specialists, with an excellent framework of support. This course aims to provide subject leaders with guidance on how to adapt the scheme to ensure that it meets the 'substantial progression@ required by the Programme of Study over the four years of language learning in KS2. | ||||||||||||
| Training Objectives | Participants will: - Have the opportunity to discuss and reflect on the key principles to apply when developing a Scheme of Work over four years; - see a possible model of a four year overview using Rigolo or other schemes of work as the main resource (including consideration for mixed age planning); - have the opportunity to plan together in closer detail one of the contexts for learning. |
