Event Description

Following the successful resilience session that we offered for administrators in February 2019, we will be providing a similar opportunity in May 2020. We are very aware that office staff are often the face of the school and multi-task in many ways for the benefit of the children. After a light lunch there will be discussion and reflection on being Resilient and then there will be time to reflect, network with colleagues, take tea, read or pray and enjoy the cosy buildings of Assington Hall, Sudbury.

£50 (subscribing church schools), £100 (non-subscribing schools)

PLEASE NOTE THE VENUE IS ASSINGTON HALL, SUDBURY.

Training Objectives

* Provide Administrators with space and time in the beautiful surroundings of Assington Hall
* Provide input and advice from the Diocesan Education team
* Meet with and take time to chat to colleagues from across the Diocese and County
* Provide a range of opportunities and spaces for Administrators to take time and reflect, away from the usual pressures of school.
* There will be spaces for informal discussion with colleagues, a quiet space, a space for prayer as well as opportunities to relax and ‘recharge your batteries’.
