Event Description An introduction to the online benefits and risks to children, vulnerable adults, the workforce and organisations whilst using the internet.

Delegates will become aware of what online-safety is, build their Online-safety skills and grow confidence to deal effectively with an online-safety incident or issue.

Training Objectives *To understand online-safety in the context of keeping yourself safe online
*To know who to consult if concerned about a child, young person or vulnerable adult at risk from their use of the internet
*To be aware of current trends in relation to online-safety and how it can affect children, young people and vulnerable adults
*To be aware of your online presence, identity and the different uses for social media
