Following the successful resilience days that we have offered previously, we will be providing a similar opportunity in 2018. Following feedback, we will have two facilitated sessions, one during the morning and one during the afternoon which will allow delegates the maximum time for enjoying the beautiful surroundings of Assington Hall, Sudbury. There will be spaces set aside for informal discussion with colleagues, a quiet space, a space for prayer and study areas as well as opportunities to relax and ‘recharge your batteries’ in the grounds of Assington Hall. There will be breakfast upon arrival, a light lunch and refreshments available all day. Come and join us, we are sure you will return to school energised, refreshed and better able to cope with the challenges of your role. Costs: £100.00 subscribing church schools, £200 all other schools. Please note VENUE is Assington Hall and not St Nicholas Centre. |

| Training Objectives | The course aims to: * Provide church school leaders with space and time to give to their personal resilience in the beautiful surroundings of Assington Hall near Sudbury * Provide input and advice from and allow time for reflection to encourage the personal resilience of those Headteachers who attend * Meet with and take time to chat to colleagues from across the Diocese * Provide space for discussion and completion of school tasks * Provide a range of opportunities and spaces to take time and reflect, away from the usual pressures of school. |
