| Event Description |
This day course aims to provide a thorough revision of the new SIAMS inspection process and the preparation that a school might reasonably wish to put in place to ensure that the inspector sees a full and honest reflection of the school’s distinctiveness and effectiveness as a Church school and is able to confidently test the accuracy of its self-evaluation. Costs: £100.00 subscribing church schools, £200 all other schools. Schools booking more than one delegate on the course, will receive a 50% discount for additional delegates. |

| Training Objectives | This course will provide: * an introduction to the new SIAMS Schedule including the rationale behind the changes; * an overview of the documents which underpin the new Schedule; * look at what schools will need to consider when starting to prepare for a SIAMS inspection under the new Schedule; and * the new self-evaluation template and what is expected to happen during the inspection process, including what a new style inspection report might be like. |
