Event Description |
NQTs should be given the best possible chance of success. The support provided by induction tutors is a key factor in providing the foundations for a successful & rewarding career in teaching. This session will help you to understand the teachers' standards, regulations and statutory requirements for the completion of induction. It will provide guidance on how all those involved in the induction support programme should support, monitor and assess NQTs. It will enhance your skills as an effective induction tutor through developing your ability to support NQT self-evaluation, observe & provide constructive feedback and make accurate evidence-based judgements. There is no charge for this event. |
